In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that: (i) Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of shareholders, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Ashok Kumar Behl (DIN: 10146894), as an Additional Director of the Company, designated as Whole-time Director, for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from May 8, 2023. (ii) Mr. Rajeev Khanna (DIN: 08471497) has tendered his resignation from the position of Director (Designated as Whole-time Director) of the Company, with effect from the end of May 8, 2023, due to his pre-occupation in other professional assignments. The requisite disclosures, pursuant to the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are attached as Annexures I and II.
