1. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015, we hereby inform you that based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors, the Members through the Postal Ballot held by remote e-voting open from December 27, 2023, to January 25, 2024, have duly approved the following two appointments: (i) Mr. Shyamak Ramyar Tata (DIN:07297729) as an Independent Director for a first term of five consecutive years with effect from February 1, 2024. (ii) Mr. Sanjay Khatau Asher (DIN:00008221) as an Independent Director for a first term of five consecutive years with effect from February 1, 2024. 2.
