Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for all Promoters, Directors, Connected and Designated persons from 1st October, 2024. The closure is in connection with the limited review of financial results for the half year ending 30th September, 2024.
