In continuation to our letter dated 28th June, 2024, wherein the Company had informed about an Order dated 26th June, 2024, passed by SEBI, penalizing the Company and four others to n aggregate amount of Rs. 2,80,00,000/-. The Company had filed an appeal against the said order in SAT and sought a stay of the aforesaid order. In this context, we wish to inform you that SAT has vide its order dated 21st August, 2024, copy of which has been uploaded on website of the SAT 0n 26th August, 2024, has granted stay on the directions contained in the said order of SEBI dated 26th June, 2024, to the extent it has asked the Company to deposit Rs. 1,00,00,000/-. The order has no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company. Please take the same on your record.
