Nath Industries Limited held on 30/06/2022 at 03.00 pm via video conferencing/other audio-visual means at the Registered Office of the Company at Nath House, Nath Road, Aurangabad - 431 005, the following resolutions were considered and duly approved by the shareholders of the Company: 1. Adoption of Profit and Loss Account year ended 31st March, 2022, the Balance Sheet as at that date and the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon. 2.
