Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, read with Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, Monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders (The Code), the trading window will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from January 01st, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December 2021.
