Lerthai Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29(1) (a) and (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that, the meeting of Board of Directors of Lerthai Finance Limited (the Company) will be held on Thursday, 2nd May 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2024. In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it was informed vide letter dated 28th March, 2024 that ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024 for all the designated persons of the Company.
