As outlined in the Company''s Prospectus dated March 6, 2024, one of the objects of the Initial Public Offer ("IPO") was to augment the Company''s Infrastructure to support marketing by increasing capacity in its Computer Aided Telephonic Interviews Centers ("CATI"). The Company has identified a location for setting up an additional capacity for 346 seats. With this, its existing 400- member capacity will be enhanced to 746 at a consolidated level.
