IndusInd Bank Q4 Results Live Updates: IndusInd Bank disclosed that it maintains a strong liquidity position, with an average Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) of 118% in Q4FY25 and 139% in the ongoing Q1FY26. However, the bank is grappling with serious internal issues. Following investigations by external experts and its own Internal Audit Department, the Board suspects a fraud involving certain employees linked to accounting irregularities. These include questionable internal derivative trades, unexplained balances in other assets and other liabilities, and anomalies in microfinance interest income reporting. The Board has directed appropriate legal action, including regulatory reporting and accountability enforcement. This comes after previously disclosed concerns in April and May 2025, signaling deeper scrutiny of internal controls and financial reporting processes.
