The Independent Auditors Report thereon for Standalone Financial Results along with declaration in respect of audit report with unmodified opinion pursuant to proviso to Regulation 33(3) (d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure A. The Board Meeting commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 4:55 P.M.
