Further, vide our letter dated June 30, 2024, we had intimated that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all the 'Designated Persons' covered under Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct), from July 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending June 30, 2024.
