With reference to the earlier intimation submitted on 28th September 2024 regarding the appointment of statutory auditor, we have received a notification via email dated 06th January 2025 pointing out discrepencies due to omission of brief profile of appointed statutory auditor as per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023.
