Further to our letter dated 13th January, 2025, we write to advise you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 27th January, 2025 has inter alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2024, after review thereof by the Audit Committee of the Board. Accordingly, in terms of Regulation 30 read with para A, Part A of the Schedule III and Regulation 33 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2024 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon, as prepared in accordance with Regulation 33 (1) of the said Regulations. The Meeting commenced at 3:30 P.M. and concluded at 5:30 P.M.
