Trading window shall remain closed w.e.f. July 01, 2024 for the purpose of consideration of the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated basis for the 1st quarter ending June 30, 2024 of FY 2025, till 48 hours after the announcement of aforesaid financial results.
