Refex Industries Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 05, 2024, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended June 30, 2024 and other matters. Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated June 27, 2024, in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders, had already been closed w.e.f. Monday, July 01, 2024 and the same shall reopen for trading in the securities of the Company on August 08, 2024.
