This is further to our communication regarding re-appointment & remuneration of Mr. Harish Lakshman (DIN:00012602), Vice-Chairman as Joint Managing Director for a period of 5 years from August 01, 2024 to July 31, 2029. In this regard, we enclose herewith copy of the Postal Ballot dated August 02, 2024 being sent to members today (i.e. August 07, 2024) seeking their approval. Pursuant to relaxations issued by MCA, the postal ballot is being sent to members through electronic means only. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for providing e-voting facility to enable members to cast their votes electronically. Details under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR is enclosed in this letter.
