The 25th Annual General Meeting (''AGM'') of the Company will be held on Saturday, 28th September 2024 at 04:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (''VC'')/Other Audio-Visuals Means (''OAVM'') in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (''MCA'') and Securities and Exchange Board of India (''SEBI'').
