PTC India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 07th August, 2025 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 amongst other items mentioned in the agenda. In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 01st July, 2025 and will remain closed for all Insiders till 48 hours after the announcement of results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 (both days inclusive).
