Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the audit report of the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March 2025. Copy of Audited Financial Results along with audit report is enclosed. Recommended a Final dividend @ 67% i.e. Re. 6.70/- per share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, to the shareholders for their approval. The ''Record Date'' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of aforesaid Final Dividend, shall be intimated separately in compliance with the provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations. The Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, within the statutory timelines.
