This is to inform you that our Company has received an intimation letter from its Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) - 'Sharex Dynamic (India) Private Limited' ('Sharex'), informing the merger of Sharex into its holding Company 'Link Intime India Private Limited' ('Link Intime'), pursuant to scheme of the merger and order dated July 16, 2020, passed by the Regional Director. Link Intime is in the process of filing necessary intimation to the SEBI, Stock Exchanges and Depositories. Pursuant to the merger order, Sharex has now ceased to exist as a separate entity and post-merger the name of our RTA will be 'Link Intime India Private Limited'.
