We would like to inform you that the Company had submitted the Auditor's Certificate received from M/s. J D Jhaveri & Associates, Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors of the Company in respect of non-applicability of provisions of Corporate Governance for financial year 2020-21 vide letter dated 10th July, 2020 and therefore claimed exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, hence the compliance under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 relating to the disclosure of Related Party Transactions is not applicable to the Company for the half year ended 30th September, 2020.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 12th November, 2020, inter alia considered and approved the following matters: 1.The Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. In terms of the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith the copy of following: a. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we are pleased to inform you that BSE Limited vide Notice No. 20201019-27 dated 19th October, 2020 (as attached) has informed that the suspension in trading of equity shares of DSJ Communications Limited ('the Company') will be revoked with effect from October 22, 2020. Further as per the said notice, securities of the Company shall continue to remain under Stage VI of GSM framework pursuant to Exchange notice no. 20170807-31 dated August 07, 2017 until further notice.
