Further, this is to update that Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASICS) has deregistered the subsidiary i.e., KEI Cables Australia PTY Limited w.e.f. September 18, 2024. it may be noted that the subsidiary was not a material subsidiary of the Company. The Liquidation/deregistration of the Subsidiary will not impact the Business operations of the Company.
