In compliance with disclosure requirements under SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015 and Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Gagan Banga, Vice-Chairman, MD & CEO of the Company, sold 19,00,000 (0.40%) equity shares of the Company. The Company has been informed by Mr. Banga that the proceeds of the sale are being utilized for subscribing to 2311400 (0.48%) fresh shares of the Company through exercise of stock options. To exercise these options, Mr. Banga will be paying the exercise price, tax on the difference between the market price and exercise price. He will be using the reminder amount for payment against a house in Mumbai, which he is purchasing for self occupancy. Earlier today, in making a filing on timely payment of interest on NCDs on the site of NSE [National Stock Exchange], while the Company filed the correct attachment of the intimation, a human, clerical error occurred in choosing the ''Subject'' of the filing from the drop-down menu, and instead of choosing the menu option "Updates", erroneously the menu option "Default on payment of Interest/Principal" was chosen. So, while the filing was correct, it was filed under the wrong "Subject". The Company very much regrets the error. The filing was correctly made on BSE. As the exchangers do not permit purging of erroneous filings, a separate additional, rectified filling has been made at https://archives.nseindia.com/corporate/IBULHSGFIN_07092023220319_IHFL_Exchange_Intimation_57_07Sep2023.pdf [this should be referred to in lieu of the earlier filing under the erroneous subject ...
