Unaudited Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Results of PGInvIT for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2022, subject to limited review by Statutory Auditors of PGInvIT; and ii. Declaration of Distribution to unitholders of PGInvIT for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. We further wish to inform that the Record Date for the purpose of proposed distribution, if declared, will be Monday, January 30, 2023. Further, the trading window for trading & dealing in units of PGInvIT which has been closed from Saturday, December 31, 2022 for Designated Persons in terms of the 'Policy on Unpublished Price Sensitive information and dealing in units by the parties to PGInvIT', shall remain closed upto Thursday, January 26, 2023 and open on Friday, January 27, 2023. POWERGRID Kala Amb Transmission Limited from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, the Sponsor to PGInvIT, is called off. As the Board Meeting is called off, the trading window, as closed earlier and intimated to the Stock Exchanges in the above-mentioned letter, shall stand open with immediate effect.
