Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Information of PGInvIT for the financial year ended March 31,2023, subject to report by Statutory Auditors; and ii. Declaration of distribution to unitholders of PGInvIT for the quarter ended March 31,2023. We further wish to inform that the Record Date for the purpose of proposed distribution, if declared, will be Wednesday,May 31,2023.
