We further wish to inform that the Board of Directors of PUTL, in its meeting held on March 31, 2023, has appointed Shri Purshottam Agarwal (DIN: 08812158), Executive Director (Finance), POWERGRID as Additional Director - Non-executive (Non-independent) Director of PUTL w.e.f. April 01, 2023. A brief profile of Shri Purshottam Agarwal is enclosed at Annexure-I. Shri Purshottam Agarwal is not related to the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and he is also not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
