Mantri (DIN:06785989) as an Additional Director ( Non- Executive & Independent ) w.e.f. June 20, 2023, for a period of five consecutive years subject to the approval of the members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Purushottam S. Mantri is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. Further, in accordance with the circular dated June 20, 2018 issued by the stock exchanges, we hereby confirm that Mr. Purushottam S.
