Pursuant to Regulations 30, 33 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 7th February, 2022 have inter-alia: 1) Approved the Un-audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021 along with Limited Review Report thereon issued by Statutory Auditor. 2) Appointment of Mr. G T Murthy, Independent Director as Chairman of the Board In order to capture the true spirit of Regulation 17 (1B) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Amendment 2018 & 2020) the Board has appointed Mr. G T Murthy, Independent Director of the Company as Chairman of the Board with effect from 7th February, 2022.
