Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company''s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in Securities of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2023 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further, Board Meeting date, to consider, approve and take on record the Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
