Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company, by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from July 1, 2023. The trading window will open 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of above information to the stock exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
