The company will explore the potential investment and acquisition opportunities in Lithium Mining and Rare Earth Element mining sector both in India and Overseas. The Company intends to pursue acquisition of mine in Indonesia in integrated Infrastructure with a proven track record greenfield mines along-with associated infrastructure.
