In compliance of SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE vide its letter dated 02nd April 2019 vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, regarding trading restriction period for dealing in the securities of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from Tuesday, 01st October 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2024(both days inclusive).
