The Board have approved the requests of the Promoters to Reclassify them from existing 'Promoters/Promoter Group Category' to 'Public Category' of the Company pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015. The aforesaid requests for Re classification shall be subject to approval of shareholders of the company in the ensuing AGM and Stock Exchange, and other applicable provisions applicable under Regulation 31A of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015.
