Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2019; 2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further, in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in securities by Designated Persons' and in accordance to our earlier communication to you dated 30th September, 2019, it was intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2019 being published. Accordingly, you may note that the Trading window shall remain closed till Saturday, 16th November, 2019 and shall re-open on Sunday, 17th November, 2019.
