The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019 has mandated the closure of trading window from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company has been closed with effect from closure of trading hours on BSE from September 30, 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2024.
