Approval of the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results along with its Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2025, as required under Regulation 33(3); 2. To take any other item with the permission of chair and the majority of Directors. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed and the same shall re-open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code and the same has been informed to them.
