We wish to inform you that 86th Annual General Meting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 10th August, 2022 through Video Conferencing (VC) / other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). In terms of the Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2021-22 along with Notice of AGM which is being circulated to the shareholders of the company through electronic mode. In this connection, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from 4th August, 2022 to 10th August, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend @ Re. 0.25 (25%) per share on 212185502 Equity shares of Re.1/- each as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29th May, 2022.
