The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024, through Video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Friday, September 06, 2024, till Thursday, September 12, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General meeting. The cut-off date, to ascertain the eligibility of members for remote e-voting/e-voting at the AGM will be Friday, September 13, 2024.
