Net Profit/Loss: The company posted a net loss of Rs 1,418 lakh in Q1FY27. This represents a YoY widening of loss compared to Rs 1,249 lakh in Q1FY26, but a significant narrowing of loss on a QoQ basis compared to Rs 4,736 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: The company recorded a total comprehensive loss of Rs 1,411 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to a loss of Rs 1,276 lakh in Q1FY26 and a loss of Rs 4,749 lakh in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS (after exceptional items) for Q1FY27 was Rs (0.38), compared to Rs (0.54) in Q1FY26 and Rs (1.28) in Q4FY26. Full Year Performance (FY26): For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported a total income of Rs 67,083 lakh and a net loss of Rs 7,474 lakh. Business Highlights: Corporate Rebranding: During the quarter, the company completed its name change from "MIRC Electronics Limited" to "Onida Electronics Limited" following approvals from shareholders and regulatory authorities. Segment Performance: The company operates in a single operating segment, "Consumer Durables," which includes its various activities and products. ESOP Allotment: The company allotted 1,35,480 equity shares of Re 1/- each following the exercise of vested employee stock options under the Onida Electronics Employee Stock Option Plan, 2023, at an exercise price of Rs 14.10 per share. ESOP Grants: During the quarter, the company granted 3,11,00,000 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) to eligible employees under its stock option scheme.
