With reference to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) REGULATIONS, 2015, wish to inform that 9th Committee of Creditors Meeting of Corporate Debtor was duly held on Friday, 16th September, 2022 at 10:00 AM through audio-visual means, in accordance with Regulation 18 and 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, Regulations, 2016. The outcome of the said meeting is attached.
