This is to inform that in relation to the Rights Issue and pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment for the Right Issue, approved by designated Stock Exchange i.e. BSE Limited on 10th December, 2024, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on today has approved the allotment of 8,56,82,800 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of ? 5/- each at price of ? 5.76/-per Rights Equity Share (including premium of ? 0.76/-per Rights Equity Share) to the successful applicants. Accordingly, pursuant to the allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from 6,12,02,000 to 48,96,16,000 Equity Shares Capital.
