The remote e-voting period commences on MONDAY, 27.09.2021 (9:00 am) and ends on WEDNESDAY 29.09.2021 (5:00 pm). During this period members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date of 22.09.2021 may cast their vote by remote e-voting.
