The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 13-02-2025 inter alia considered and approved the unaudited financial results of the Company along with the limited review report from statutory auditors for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024. Further, in terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company will publish an extract of un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024
