This is to inform you that a minor typographical error was identified in the statement on impact of Audit Qualifications (Annexure B) submitted along with the outcome of the board of directors meeting held on 28th May ,2025. Accordingly a revised statement of impact of audit qualification Annexure B is being submitted to rectify the said error. Please note that there are no changes in any other part of the earlier announcement
