The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 24, 2022 to Friday, September 30, 2022 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend, if any, approved by the Members and also for the purpose of the AGM. 2. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), the company has fixed Friday, September 23, 2022, as the record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of members to dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 and also for the purpose of the AGM.
