Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Government of India vide its Office Memorandum No. 8(23)/2021-D(Coord/DDP) dated 08.02.2023, conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority for the appointment of Shri Jaswant Lal Sonkar as Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of BDL. 2. The application for allotment of his DIN is under process. 3. Shri Jaswant Lal Sonkar is not having any inter-se relationship among the Directors of the company.
