In the Board Meeting held on August 07, 2024, the Board of Directors took note of the retirement of Sri. P. Shanmugasundaram (DIN: 00119411) and Sri. P.V. Ramakrishnan (DIN: 00013441) as Independent Directors of the Company with effect from the closing of the business hours on August 31, 2024 upon completion of second term of consecutive 5 years.
