The Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees including their immediate relatives from Wednesday, January 01, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024.
