This is to inform you that in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons ("Code of Conduct") framed in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company, shall be closed with effect from Monday, April 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024. Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons/insiders, including but not limited to the persons specified in the Code of Conduct are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of trading window closure. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024, shall be intimated in due course. The aforesaid intimation will also be made available on the website of the Company.
