Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2023 (as amended), it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all the designated persons will remain closed from Monday, 1st January 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 will be intimated separately in due course.
